My name is Astrid Moeskops
I worked in administration for a while and felt it wasn't my dream job. At some point, I turned my hobby into my job and worked for 10 years in a gym where posture and guidance were paramount. I taught classes like Perfect Pilates, Zumba, Body Shape, Spinning, and small group training.
For as long as I can remember, I've had a passion for sports, vitality, and helping people reach their full potential. I now enjoy being on my mountain bike and road bike, and I practice and teach yoga.
Since March 2017, I've had a vitality practice where I primarily provided various massages and lifestyle advice until the end of 2021. I discovered that giving deep muscle massages was mainly treating symptoms, and I wasn't really happy with it.
In 2019, I bought a professional resonance frequency device that worked more generally, and I felt the need to work at the cellular level. Because I felt that frequent treatments were the future, I bought a Vitatec device (the body scan) at the end of 2021, which I've been using to guide people ever since. Because I wanted to go deeper, I trained as a SOM Therapist with Petra Versteegh.
I also enjoy being inspired by Germanic Medicine and the magic of your birthday.
In the past, I struggled and experienced a lot of stress because my parents were emotionally unavailable. In conventional therapy, I was sent from pillar to post. Because I felt something was missing in conventional treatments, I started developing my own personal growth.
I experienced stress in every cell of my body and a feeling of freedom and liberation in every cell of my body, and I want that for everyone.
My motto is, "If you can't make the best choice, make a better one," because clarity brings peace. Let me guide you. Sometimes I advise you to simply take a deep breath.
