Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) - 3,000 IU - 75 mcg

Vitamin D is also produced by our skin, but for many this is not sufficient or does not work well. Vitamin D supplementation is a good solution for this. Vitamin D is important in various processes in the body. Vitamin D contributes to the immune system, muscles, bones, teeth, cell division process and production of new cells.

Vitamin D is one of the fat-soluble vitamins that are crucial for our body. It is mainly found in oily fish, such as herring, salmon and mackerel, but that is only part of the story - about 10%. Meat and eggs also contribute to our vitamin D intake, albeit in smaller amounts. In addition, our body has the ability to produce vitamin D itself under the influence of sunlight, especially UV radiation.

Meat and eggs also contribute to our vitamin D intake, albeit in smaller amounts. In addition, our body has the ability to produce vitamin D itself under the influence of sunlight, especially UV radiation.

The amount of vitamin D our bodies produce varies from person to person and is influenced by several factors such as age, skin pigmentation and exposure time. Vitamin D plays an essential role in several important processes in our body. For example, it promotes healthy calcium and phosphorus levels in our blood, which is crucial for maintaining a good balance between bone building and bone breakdown, and for strong teeth and bones.

In addition, vitamin D contributes to strong resistance and healthy muscles, and it has a beneficial effect on the process of cell division.

Therapist

A therapist is a professional who deals with the treatment of physical or mental illness as a profession. There are countless specializations within this broad field, each with their own treatment methods. Some examples are physiotherapists, dietitians, occupational therapists, homeopaths, kinesiologists, osteopaths, mental coaches and hypnotherapists. An important aspect of the therapy is the orthomolecular treatment method, in which nutrition and supportive supplementation play a role.

In contrast to symptom management, the focus of therapy is often on addressing the underlying causes of disorders and promoting preventive health. All aspects that influence health are taken into consideration, such as diet, stress management, exercise and emotional state.

Each client receives a personal treatment plan that is developed by the therapist. This plan is drawn up on the basis of consultations, questionnaires and food diaries to gain an in-depth insight into the client's lifestyle. In addition, various tests and examinations can be performed to determine the balance in the body.
