Arnica montana, also known as arnica montana, is a perennial plant belonging to the Asteraceae family. This plant is native to mountainous regions such as the Alps, the Pyrenees, and the Balkans, as well as southern Scandinavia. It can also be found in the eastern Netherlands and the Belgian Ardennes.
The plant grows to a height of approximately 20 to 45 centimeters and has a sparsely branched stem. The leaves are opposite and 2 to 4 centimeters wide. The lower leaves are elliptical to obovate-lanceolate, while the upper pair of leaves has a more linear-lanceolate shape.

Arnica blooms in June and July with striking, fragrant orange-yellow flowers. The flower heads are 6 to 8 centimeters wide and have a convex, hairy receptacle. The fruit is a nut with a pappus consisting of a row of hairs. Arnica has a long history of traditional use and is used in a variety of products, including cosmetics. The flowers contain various plant compounds, including essential oils, flavonoids, and helenaline sesquiterpene lactones.
Ingredients: Water-alcohol extract of Arnica montana
(Arnica) flower. Ratio 1:5.
Alcohol content 70% v/v.
Dosage: Unless otherwise recommended: adults: 3-4 times daily 15-20 drops.
Do not exceed recommended dosage.
Children aged 2 - 15 years as many drops as their age.
A slight cloudiness/sedimentation has no influence on the quality. Shake before use.
