The plant has low, upright stems and, during its flowering period, produces small, daisy-like flowers with white ray florets and a yellow center. German chamomile grows in temperate climates and is found worldwide, with the exception of tropical and polar regions.
Chamomile's flower heads are traditionally prized for their fragrance, appearance, and versatile uses. To this day, German chamomile remains one of the most recognizable and widely used plants in European plant and herbal culture.
