The clove trade has a long history, dating back to at least the sixth century BC. Cloves were already being imported from the Moluccas in ancient China. The clove tree blooms with clusters of pink flower buds that develop into small, creamy-white flowers. The tree typically reaches a height of 8 to 12 meters, but in its native habitat, specimens can grow up to 30 meters tall.
Cloves have been used for centuries in various traditional cultures, including the Ayurvedic way of life and the traditional Chinese herbal tradition. They have also established a strong place in Europe, particularly as a spice in food and drink, where they are valued for their distinct aromatic properties.
Ingredients: Water-alcohol extract of Syzygium aromaticum (Clove) flower. Ratio 1:5. Alcohol content 70% v/v.
Dosage: Unless otherwise recommended: adults: 3-4 times daily 15-20 drops. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Children aged 2 - 15 years as many drops as their age.
A slight cloudiness/sedimentation has no influence on the quality. Shake before use.
