Use
Recommended daily dose: take 1 level scoop daily during breakfast or lunch with water, in a smoothie, yoghurt or other liquid. Start with half a scoop for the first 7 days so that the body can gradually get used to it. Do not exceed the dosage. Green pH-Alkaline Formula contains no flavorings, flavor the Green pH-Alkaline Formula yourself with natural flavorings such as honey. Drink enough water to support body processes.
