Use:
Recommended daily dose: take 1 level scoop daily during breakfast or lunch with water, in a smoothie, yoghurt or other liquid. Start with half a scoop for the first 7 days so that the body can gradually get used to it. Do not exceed the dosage. Super ORAC Antioxidant Complex contains no flavourings, flavor the Super ORAC Antioxidant Complex yourself with natural flavorings such as honey. Drink enough water to support body processes.
